Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

All Standardix subscription plans include a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required during the trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will simply be deactivated and no charges will be made. No refund is applicable for the free trial as no payment is collected.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each monthly period. Standardix does not provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Platform through the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a monthly subscription.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a 12-month period. You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of an annual subscription within 30 days of payment if you are dissatisfied with the Platform for reasons directly attributable to platform defects that Standardix cannot resolve within 30 business days. Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plan refund terms are governed by the specific Enterprise Agreement between your organization and Standardix. Custom refund provisions may be negotiated as part of your Enterprise Agreement. Contact your Account Manager or our enterprise team at enterprise@standardix.io for details.

5. Service Credits

In the event that Standardix fails to meet our published Service Level Agreement (SLA) for uptime, eligible Enterprise customers may be entitled to service credits as specified in their Enterprise Agreement. Service credits are applied as a deduction from future billing and cannot be converted to cash refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing team at billing@standardix.io within the applicable refund window, providing your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: setup fees and onboarding services; professional services and custom implementation work; add-on features purchased separately; training and certification programs; and any fees associated with API usage overages.
