Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the standards of acceptable behavior for all users of the Standardix enterprise platform. This policy applies to all customers, users, administrators, and any third parties who access or use the Platform. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Use

The Standardix Platform is designed exclusively for legitimate enterprise business purposes including: creating, managing, and distributing operational standards and procedures; managing quality assurance programs and inspections; maintaining governance and compliance records; conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions; employee training and acknowledgement tracking; and generating compliance and quality reports for internal use.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Standardix Platform to:

  • Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful software
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Transmit or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts
  • Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without written authorization
  • Circumvent or disable any security features or access controls
  • Use the Platform to build a competing product or service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform access without authorization
  • Engage in systematic data scraping or automated extraction beyond normal API usage
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform must be accurate, lawful, and related to legitimate business operations. Customer Data must not contain information that violates privacy laws, includes personal health information beyond what is required for healthcare operations standards, or constitutes a trade secret of a third party that you are not authorized to upload.

5. Security Responsibilities

As a Platform user, you are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; ensuring only authorized individuals access your organization's account; reporting any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access immediately; keeping your integration credentials and API keys secure; and promptly removing access for users who leave your organization.

6. Enforcement

Standardix reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or take other remedial action as deemed appropriate without prior notice in cases of clear violations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations of illegal activity.

To report violations of this AUP or suspected abuse of the Platform, contact us at security@standardix.io. We take all reports seriously and investigate thoroughly.
